When the Family Dollar store on Charleston’s West Side closed due to a devastating fire, it eliminated the primary grocery store for many food insecure residents. We sprang into action.

Through volunteering with Manna Meal, Terrell Ellis discovered a sort of kindred, culinary spirit.
